Vorstellung unseres Behavioral Change Kit
Interactive Workshop to introduce our Responsibility Journey:

a month-long experiment to measure our CO2 footprint that led to great insights on how to trigger and sustain behavioral change.
It all started with a month of detailed observation and measuring. We wanted to know the CO2 footprint of our office. However, it quickly turned into a larger experiment giving us great insights into behavioral change. We are looking forward to sharing our experiences with you in this workshop. We want to introduce our „Behavioral Change Kit“, preferably in a not too serious atmosphere, and discuss with you how this change can be sustained in the long run. A little teaser on how we got here:

Philipp Refior

The Deep Bench GmbH

Philipp is an expert in Design Thinking, having led the design department for 3M Asia for 5 years.
He combines a creative education (BFA) with an MBA from a leading university.
Through his career Philipp has held various design leadership roles with both, companies and agencies. He has long-term work experiences in Asia, USA and Europe.
Philipp is passionate about culture & creativity and their role for innovation.
He has been a guest lecturer at Parsons School of Design, New York and KAIST (Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology)
Previous clients include IKEA, Bosch, Siemens, Hyundai, Nestlé, MINI, OXO, HP, Estee Lauder, Allianz, Herman Miller and Coca-Cola.
