Visual Pitching Framework

A powerful way of communication in diverse teams

In this workshop, we will provide a compact yet compelling framework for pitching an idea visually by using sketches. By practicing the framework in the workshop, participants will get a deep understanding of the required ingredients of a successful pitch and learn how this approach can be used for efficient communication in and outside the team.

Tatjana Borovikov

Tatjana is a design professional with over 13 years of hands-on experience working in diverse teams and industries such as education, finance, marketing, manufacturing. She has been involved in various design thinking projects reaching from designing unconventional applications and user experiences, through business process optimizations, to setting up collaborative working models in diverse teams and leading design and research efforts. Tatjana was involved in concept and creation of the MOOC course “Be Visual! Sketching Basics for IT Business”

Johanna Wittig

SAP SE

Johanna Wittig studied traditional graphic and design studies and later graduated in a course for multimedia publishing and design. In 2000, Johanna started her first job at the Computer Graphics Center in Darmstadt. She joined a multidisciplinary team of computer scientists and designers researching in the area of Digital Storytelling. For several research projects Johanna designed the human computer interface incorporating new interaction paradigms e.g. video and gesture recognition. From 2004-2010 Johanna worked at the eLearning and Knowledge Management Department at Fraunhofer Institute for Computer Graphics Research in Darmstadt. In 2014, Johanna joined SAP as a User Experience Designer. Johanna was leading the production of the publicly available MOOC course “Be Visual! Sketching Basics for IT Business” for SAP.
